Appointments

Usually, our surgeons see patients on an appointment basis; however, when necessary, they will see a patient anytime, day or night. If you are experiencing problems, please call our office. We will arrange for you to see your surgeon or another physician in our group as soon as possible.
Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment when your surgeon has office hours, please call us at (512) 459-8753 or (800) 766-2365. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Our surgeons make every effort to keep their appointments on schedule. Emergencies do arise, however, and sometimes delay is unavoidable. When this happens, we do all we can to minimize the inconvenience.

If an emergency occurs and you need to contact your doctor during office hours, call us at (512) 459-8753 or (800) 766-2365. After office hours, call (512) 706-6605. We have surgeons on call at all times, and one will be available to help you.

How We Return Your Calls

Patients who call with non-emergency medical needs are connected with our triage nurse, who will ensure that all patient concerns get a timely response. If you get her voice mail, please leave a detailed message, and she will return your call as soon as possible.
