Scheduling a Patient

Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  To schedule an appointment for your patient, please call our central office at (512) 459-8753 or 1-800-766-2365.  Appointments for CTVS clinics in Austin and Williamson County are made through our central office. Appointments for our San Angelo Clinic can be made by calling (325) 658-8643 or (877) 884-2947.

When referring a patient, any pertinent medical information including history and physical exams is appreciated.  This information can be faxed to our office any time of day at (512) 459-0586, or you may send it with the patient.

We will coordinate any other specialist referrals with you, if preferred, and during our post-op visits instruct the patients to return to your office for the follow-up care.

Our physicians are available to you at any time.  In the case of an emergency, both a Cardiothoracic and a Vascular Surgeon are on call 24 hours a day.  Unless a specific request is made for one of our physicians, the case will be handled promptly by the first available physician in the group.
